Good question. Well essentially I combine my passion for food and wine with my talent for writing, and turn this into success for your products and brand. Simple as that.

I got my passion for food from my mother. My knowledge and expertise come from my years training as a chef and working at such esteemed establishments as Cliveden hotel. As to the writing, well, literature was always my favourite academic pursuit, and I've written poetry, songs, prose and drama since I was a kid. When I decided to return to education and take a degree, English was the obvious choice. This in turn led to journalism, which introduced me to copywriting, and in time this drew me back to food, which itself opened my eyes to wine. Life sends us on some funny journeys sometimes.

So I use my knowledge of food and wine and couple it with my skills as a writer to give a marketable character to products and brands. I try to tap into a product's or a company's energy, personality, defining character and, or course, target market, and bring this out in the most effective way possible. Basically, to corrupt an old sales-talk cliché, I sell the sizzle with the sausage.
