As it might help you to understand what I offer if you know a bit about me, here's a brief outline of how I got to be doing what I do today...

Born in '74 in south Buckinghamshire. Left school at 16 and trained as a chef at Thames Valley University. Worked as a commis chef at Cliveden hotel in Taplow. Moved on to become second chef at The Stag in Burnham Beeches. Later became head barman and cellar manager here (still only 19). Studied an English degree at Metropolitan University in north London. Graduated and landed a job as a journalist / editor on a B2B magazine. Went freelance. Concentrated on food writing. Became the sole copywriter on a re-brand of Sainsbury's Taste The Difference range. Spent a year working in the wine trade and studying wine. Landed regular work writing for Beaujolais specialist Roger Harris Wines. Became the copywriter for Oliver Peyton's Peyton & Byrne brand. Established myself as a freelance member of Marks & Spencer's in-house design team. Picked up regular work writing for InterContinental Hotels' menus. Ongoing freelance work for various businesses – watch this space for details.

And there you have it. But enough about me, let's talk about you...
